What does Knee Pro actually do?

It wraps your knee in steady warmth — four settings from 45° to 60°C — with red and infrared light and four levels of vibration, from a shell shaped to the joint. People use it to loosen up stiff knees in the morning, after exercise, or at the end of a long day. It's a comfort device, not a medical treatment.

Is it hard to use on your own?

No. One strap, one touch panel. If you can put on a watch, you can put on a Knee Pro.

Yes. It charges from the USB cable in the box — any phone charger works — and runs cordless.

Who shouldn't use heat?

Heat isn't for everyone. Don't use it on broken or irritated skin, on areas with reduced feeling, on a fresh injury that's still swollen, or while you're asleep. Check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implant, have diabetes-related numbness or circulation problems, or are under medical care for the joint. Start on the lowest setting and check your skin during the first sessions.
