Shipping
Free shipping on every order. Packed in 1–3 business days, delivered 6–14 days from when you order. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or the parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we replace it or refund you in full. Full shipping policy.
Faulty items & returns
Arrives damaged or stops working within 14 days? Send a photo or a short video and we send a replacement.
Unopened returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, by prior authorisation. Return postage and a 15% restocking fee apply. Full returns policy.
