Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our overseas manufacturing partner and shipped directly to you. That is how the device costs $49 instead of the $150+ a domestic brand charges for the same hardware.

It also means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Processing: 1–3 business days.

Delivery: 5–12 days after dispatch, to United States addresses.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. Tracking can take a further 2–3 days to show movement — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

United States only for now. If you order from outside the US, we will refund you in full rather than take money we cannot fulfil.

If there is no tracking movement for 10 days, or the parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email contact@verberon.com and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to return anything to claim this.
