Every order is built to spec and sent straight to you — no middle warehouse, no distributor taking a cut. That direct line is why the device is $49 rather than the $150+ a legacy brand charges for the same hardware.

It is also why we quote 6–14 days rather than two. That window is the one we hold ourselves to, and the refund terms below are measured against it.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every US address, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Processing: 1–3 business days.

Transit: 5–11 days after dispatch, to United States addresses.

Total: 6–14 days from the moment you order. That is the number every other page on this site quotes, and it is the one the delivery guarantee below is measured against.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. Tracking can take a further 2–3 days to show movement — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

You can also look your order up yourself at lumiralive.com/order/track using your order reference and the email you ordered with.

United States only for now. If you order from outside the US, we will refund you in full rather than take money we cannot fulfil.

If there is no tracking movement for 10 days, or the parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email contact@verberon.com and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to return anything to claim this.
