To fulfil an order: your name, email, shipping address and phone number. The phone number is required by the courier for delivery, not for marketing.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and your card number never touches our servers.

Stripe, to take payment. Our fulfilment partner, to ship your order — they receive your name, address and phone number, and nothing else.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

We use advertising and analytics cookies to measure which ads lead to sales. You can opt out through your browser settings or our cookie banner without losing the ability to buy.

Email contact@verberon.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action it within 30 days.

We keep order records for 7 years because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted on request.
