Privacy

To fulfil an order: your name, email, shipping address and phone number. The phone number is required by the courier for delivery, not for marketing.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and your card number never touches our servers.

Stripe, to take payment. Our shipping carrier, to deliver your order — they receive your name, address and phone number, and nothing else.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

When we are running ads we load the Meta advertising pixel to measure which ads lead to sales. It records the pages you view, what you add to the cart, and the value of a completed order — never your name, address or card details.

You can block it with your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Meta's own ad-settings controls. Nothing about buying from us depends on allowing it.

Email contact@verberon.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action it within 30 days.

We keep order records for 7 years because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted on request.
